Junior Business Developer
As a subsidiary of a dynamic group specialized in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, our client positions itself as a key player in the distribution of cosmetics and organic and natural products on the Benelux market. To support this growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Developer to strengthen the team.
Main responsibilities:
Under the supervision of management, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a client portfolio in the Benelux, acting as the first point of contact.
- Representing the company with clients and prospects, analyzing their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining close relationships with suppliers, ensuring product availability, and negotiating commercial conditions.
- Contributing to the commercial strategy by identifying new opportunities in the organic and natural cosmetics sector.
- Promoting the company’s image by embodying its values of commitment to organic and natural products.
- Collaborating with internal departments (accounting, marketing, logistics) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Representing the company at trade fairs, events, or client meetings to expand the network.
- Drafting commercial proposals and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
Profile we are looking for:
- Degree in business or marketing, with preferably a first experience in B2B sales or in the cosmetics/organic sector.
- Strong interest in the organic and natural market, with strong motivation for business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and persuade.
- Initiative, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
