HR/Admin Manager

 For our client, a well-established and fast-growing company (office located in Ghent) in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a driven HR professional.

As an HR/Admin Manager, you play a key role within the organization. You support and advise colleagues and management on HR processes, contributing to a warm, professional, and efficient work culture.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the entire employee journey (onboarding, development, offboarding)
  • Processing office invoices, making hotel bookings, organizing meetings, etc.
  • Recruiting and selecting new employees
  • Following up on personnel files and HR administration
  • Managing payroll for approximately 40 employees via SD Worx, including for the Netherlands
  • Contributing to HR projects such as onboarding, employer branding, and workplace well-being
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and management, particularly with the General Manager

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, psychology, or a similar field
  • Initial experience in an HR role is a plus
  • Experience or interest in payroll is a strong asset
  • Discretion, people skills, and organizational talent
  • Fluent in Dutch; French and/or English is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is an advantage
