Marketing Operational Manager
Would you like to help build a growing and passionate brand in an international context?
As a Marketing Operational Manager, you are responsible for the daily execution of the marketing plan in both Belgium and the Netherlands. You translate strategic marketing guidelines into concrete actions and ensure efficient implementation in both countries. You work closely with the sales, logistics, and international marketing teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of product launches, promotional campaigns, and POS materials
- Monitoring of the marketing budget and managing suppliers
- Overseeing local marketing calendars and activation plans (BE & NL)
- Managing social media content and collaborating with PR partners
- Supporting the sales teams with tools, training, and visuals
- Reporting results and optimizing campaigns
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in an operational marketing role, preferably in FMCG or health/beauty
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Hands-on mentality, team player, and result-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus
- Experience with dermo-cosmetics or pharmacy channels is an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Benelux (mainly Belgium and the Netherlands)
