Pharmaceutical Sales Representative West Flanders

Our client, a dynamic, innovative, and successful group, develops and distributes health solutions prescribed by professionals and aimed at maintaining and preserving everyone's health.
For their Benelux branch, they are looking for a new colleague.

 

Your Role


Under the responsibility of the Operations Director and following in-depth training on the health project, products, and tools, you will:

  • Be responsible for the commercial development of your region and increasing revenue;
  • Promote the products and concepts to pharmacists;
  • Analyze pharmacists' needs and propose appropriate solutions in line with company guidelines;
  • Actively manage your region by monitoring action plans and related objectives;
  • Organize, lead, and follow up on meetings and training sessions in your region, both during the day and in the evening;
  • Use the available tools and procedures to report on your activities (visit reports, meeting summaries, etc.);
  • Follow up on orders, support the accounting department in invoice collection, and assist other departments in resolving any issues.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree with at least two years of successful commercial experience in the pharmacy sector.
  • Native Dutch speaker – French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of micronutrition, phytotherapy, and microbiota is a strong asset.
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques is essential.
  • You work independently, are well-organized, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Region: West Flanders area.
  • Start date: Asap 2025.
  • Contract type: Permanent contract (indefinite duration).
  • Salary: Competitive remuneration based on profile and experience.
