Medical Representative East Flanders
For a family-owned and independent pharmaceutical laboratory, we are looking for a medical representative for the East Flanders region.
Your Role
As a medical representative, you contribute to the development of homeopathic medicines and the promotion of the company’s products in your sector by providing medical information to healthcare professionals. You are also responsible for encouraging healthcare professionals to enroll in specialized training programs on homeopathic medicines. In this role, you report to the National Medical Manager and the District Manager NL.
Your Responsibilities
• Promoting and developing homeopathic medicines and the product range
• Presenting the company and its homeopathic medicines during visits
• Listening to and answering doctors’ questions
• Hosting events (conferences, thematic information evenings, etc.)
• Maintaining and developing strong professional relationships with doctors
• Collaborating effectively with the company’s pharmaceutical network
• Identifying and communicating potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and trainers
Organizing visits
• Developing and planning a sectoral action plan
• Preparing visits
Following up on visits
• Handling and forwarding inquiries from healthcare professionals
• Providing regular reports
• Developing an individual action plan
• Sharing information related to pharmacovigilance
Promoting specialized training in homeopathic medicines
• Encouraging enrollment in training programs and following up with registered professionals
• Attending training days
• Visiting two pharmacies per day to further develop the presence of homeopathic medicines in pharmacies
Your Profile and Skills
• You have little or no experience as a medical representative
• A scientific background is an advantage
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You are a native Dutch speaker; French is a plus
• Your skills: strong communication techniques, organizational skills, keen observation, and active listening
• Your key qualities: flexibility, proactivity, initiative, customer-oriented mindset
