For the continued development of the Belgian and Dutch market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused Business Development Manager. Do you have a strong background in B2B sales within the healthcare sector and are you ready to build a full region independently? Your responsibilities

 

  • You are responsible for further developing the market in Belgium and the Netherlands by actively acquiring new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • You sell a combination of hardware, software, and service solutions, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
  • You organise and lead sales and advisory meetings, conduct negotiations with potential clients, and manage public tenders from start to finish.
  • You independently manage internal sales processes, including preparing quotations, developing conceptual floor plans, and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • You support installations and user training in close collaboration with the customer success teams.
  • You represent the organisation at international events, trade fairs, and professional conferences.
  • You analyse market developments and trends to identify new commercial opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
  • You report directly to the commercial leadership team and work closely with internal departments such as marketing, as well as external partners.

 

Your profile

 

  • You have relevant experience in B2B sales within the healthcare sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable way, combined with strong communication skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are energised by achieving commercial results.
  • You are ambitious and motivated to contribute to the success of an innovative growth company.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium and the Netherlands to visit clients and develop opportunities.
