Mission

• Ensure accurate and consistent data on pharmaceutical products, customers, and commercial conditions in our systems. Guarantee the reliability of our Master Data.
• Prepare supplier conditions: pricing, volumes, and logistics terms to optimize commercial performance.
• Integrate new brands: structure the implementation steps and ensure process compliance.
• Analyse and monitor margins, consolidate product rotations, and continuously propose process improvements.
• Your role is essential to guarantee the customer experience and support overall profitability.

Profile

• You are accurate, results-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
• Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP system (Navision, Reflex).
• Knowledge of financial analysis (margins, profitability).
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Trilingual FR/NL/EN, with strong oral communication abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales teams.
