Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Micronutrition (M/F)
A Belgian laboratory with over 14 years of expertise in nutrition and micronutrition. The company develops and markets innovative solutions for healthcare professionals and the pharmacy network. As part of its growth in French-speaking Belgium, the sales team is being expanded.
Location
French-speaking Belgium: provinces of Hainaut, Namur, and Walloon Brabant.
Daily travel within the assigned territory.
Objective of the Role
To develop the presence and sales of products within pharmacies and parapharmacies across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Build and manage a customer portfolio within a defined territory.
Actively prospect new pharmacy accounts.
Negotiate product listings in pharmacies.
Sales Activation & Customer Retention
Ensure product visibility and rotation in pharmacies.
Implement commercial and promotional activities.
Develop long-term customer relationships.
Training & Advisory
Train pharmacy staff on product use and benefits.
Provide scientific and commercial support.
Reporting & Market Feedback
Monitor sales performance.
Report market insights, competition, and business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Experience
Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles.
Experience in dietary supplements or micronutrition is an advantage.
Junior highly motivated or experienced candidate with an existing network.
Skills
Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to develop new business accounts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Autonomous and well-organised.

Requirements
Valid driving licence (B).
French fluency required.
Dutch is an advantage.
