Pharmaceutical Representative West Flanders

For a family-owned and independent pharmaceutical laboratory, we are looking for a pharmaceutical representative for the region West Flanders.


As a pharmaceutical sales representative, you contribute to the growth of your sector's revenue by achieving pre-established sales targets.

 
You are responsible for carrying out the necessary actions related to sales, sell-out and advising. In this role, you report your results to the National Sales Manager.
 
YOUR MISSION
 
Managing the assigned sector
 
  • Analyze and utilize databases and sector dashboards
  • Organize and plan activities
  • Ensure administrative follow-up
 
Selling
 
  • Organize and conduct pharmacy visits
  • Manage order-taking
  • Prospect new clients
  • Assess the sales potential of our product portfolio
 
Encouraging sales (Sell-Out)
 
  • Implement merchandising actions
  • Define sales objectives with pharmacy teams
 
Reporting and competitive monitoring
 
  • Observe and collect daily field information
  • Report on competitors to your manager
  • Submit a daily report to your manager
  • Identify and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and potential trainers
 
What profile are we looking for?
 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Your skills: Strong sales techniques, organizational skills, active listening
  • Your key qualities: Flexible, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, customer-oriented
