Pharmaceutical Representative – Region Liège, Namur, Eastern Hainaut & Western Luxembourg

For a 100% Belgian company with more than 30 years of experience in multichannel distribution to pharmacies, baby stores, health stores and supermarkets, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Representative.

From our offices and warehouse, we supply more than 2,800 customers in Belgium and Luxembourg every day, including both physical stores and online shops. Thanks to our products, almost every young parent has at least one of our brands at home: pacifiers, feeding bottles, breastfeeding products and accessories, baby monitors, wet wipes, teething rings, manicure and pedicure products, and much more.
 
In addition, we offer an extensive range of products for the fast-growing senior market, including blood pressure monitors, thermometers, walking sticks and other healthcare products.
 
With a young and dynamic team of around 25 employees, we build sustainable partnerships every day by distributing and providing optimal support for strong international brands. 
 
To strengthen our growing organisation, where great importance is also placed on a healthy work-life balance, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Representative for the region of Liège, Namur, Eastern Hainaut and Western Luxembourg.
 
Tasks and responsibilities
 
As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you are the link between our company and the pharmacies, pharmacy groups and healthcare institutions that you visit on a daily basis.
You represent a strong brand portfolio, with premium brands.
You are responsible for the further development and management of your region, consisting of approximately 950 pharmacies, representing around 1,450 visits per year.
 
During your visits, you will:
 
  • provide product advice and professional information about our product range;
  • use your commercial skills to further develop sales;
  • take orders;
  • build long-term customer relationships;
  • achieve the predefined sales objectives;
  • answer customer questions, both by phone and in writing;
  • ensure excellent customer service;
  • optimise the visibility of our products in pharmacies.
  • You work closely with colleagues from the internal sales team, who ensure the correct and timely processing of orders.
  • You also coordinate product availability internally, ensuring that customers always receive accurate information.
  • You are also responsible for the correct management of digital customer records of pharmacies within your region. You communicate changes in a timely manner or update the information yourself in the system.
 
Your profile
 
  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar commercial field-based position.
  • Experience within the pharmacy channel in the regions of Liège, Namur, Hainaut and Luxembourg is a significant advantage.
  • You feel comfortable working in an SME environment with short communication lines and enjoy close collaboration with customers and internal departments such as customer service, logistics and administration.
  • You easily build sustainable relationships and are confident in asking the right questions in an assertive yet customer-oriented way.
  • You work independently, have strong organisational skills and approach your work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
  • You are flexible, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and convincing personality.
  • You take ownership, are results-driven and are highly effective working autonomously.
