YOUR MISSION

 
You report to the Sales Manager and are responsible for:
 
  • Visiting clients, developing sales, and increasing market share.
  • Introducing brands to new pharmacies.
  • Launching new brands in high-potential categories.
  • Organizing and following up on a plan to visit clients according to a certain frequency.
  • Defending and executing the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing and ensuring the correct use of Trade Marketing actions by advising pharmacies.
  • Assessing the potential and expectations of pharmacies and aligning good time management with achievable revenue per sales point.
  • Entering customer data into the CRM.
  • Providing structured reporting to management.
  • Promoting the company’s image and ensuring the quality of the relationship between customers and suppliers by fulfilling mutual commitments.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • You have prior experience as a pharmaceutical representative or in a sales role in another sector.
  • You have a good understanding of sell-in and sell-out issues.
  • You are results-driven and enjoy challenges.
  • You are comfortable with numbers.
  • You build good relationships with clients, respecting the company’s values.
  • You are open to change.
  • You are organized, structured, and assertive.
  • You are resilient, self-motivated, and a true team player.
  • You have a professional appearance.
