YOUR MISSION
You report to the Sales Manager and are responsible for:
- Visiting clients, developing sales, and increasing market share.
- Introducing brands to new pharmacies.
- Launching new brands in high-potential categories.
- Organizing and following up on a plan to visit clients according to a certain frequency.
- Defending and executing the sales and marketing strategy.
- Overseeing and ensuring the correct use of Trade Marketing actions by advising pharmacies.
- Assessing the potential and expectations of pharmacies and aligning good time management with achievable revenue per sales point.
- Entering customer data into the CRM.
- Providing structured reporting to management.
- Promoting the company’s image and ensuring the quality of the relationship between customers and suppliers by fulfilling mutual commitments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have prior experience as a pharmaceutical representative or in a sales role in another sector.
- You have a good understanding of sell-in and sell-out issues.
- You are results-driven and enjoy challenges.
- You are comfortable with numbers.
- You build good relationships with clients, respecting the company’s values.
- You are open to change.
- You are organized, structured, and assertive.
- You are resilient, self-motivated, and a true team player.
- You have a professional appearance.
