Key Account Partner (Flanders- Brussels)

For a fast-growing company in the healthcare sector, born out of a passion for improving patient care, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen their team. The team already consists of more than 60 driven professionals who are committed every day to quality and innovation.

As part of the continuous expansion of their activities, they are currently looking for a Key Account Partner for the Flanders–Brussels region.

 


Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Building strong partnerships with pharmacies that are part of a group, focusing on relationships, sales, and support.
  • Analyzing market potential in your region and developing initiatives to further increase market share.
  • Implementing the commercial strategy in the field.
  • Sharing information, monitoring promotional campaigns, and launching new products in the range.
  • Participating in negotiations with certain pharmacy groups to strengthen collaboration and optimize agreements.
  • Working closely with colleagues, seeking creative win-win solutions, and actively contributing to the exchange of best practices.

 

What knowledge and experience do you need?

 

  • Professional experience in sales.
  • Ability to present creative ideas or an innovative approach that delivers clear commercial added value.
  • A smart salesperson who understands the importance of a well-thought-out commercial and marketing approach, including building long-term relationships.
  • You are bilingual in Dutch and French.
