Clinical Development Specialist – Wound Care (region Antwerp – Limburg – part of Flemish Brabant)

 For our client, a globally leading company, we are looking for a Clinical Development Specialist -  Wound Care (North).

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to clinical staff to ensure the successful implementation and use of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the needs of mid-sized regional customers and to develop training programs aligned with their clinical objectives. In addition, you will focus on identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities for our products during the training process through educational activities and the development of account plans to drive growth.

Your Responsibilities

• You act as the primary point of contact for clinical education and blended learning, selecting the appropriate training solutions to meet customer needs;
• You support our sales professionals during and after the sales process by providing training to healthcare professionals in line with account plans and customer agreements;
• You deliver engaging presentations and training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to groups with varying levels of clinical knowledge;
• You stimulate demand and customer interest in our educational portfolio and explore opportunities for up- and cross-selling with regional customers;
• You build relationships in the field and gather insights to identify new opportunities;
• Together with customers, you develop solutions. With your in-depth product knowledge, you advise on the best choices for patient care.

Your Profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in clinical settings;
• Strong affinity with education and customer support;
• A customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded attitude;
• Preferably a nursing degree; a wound care qualification is an asset;
• Native-level Dutch proficiency and a good command of English.
