Animator/Trainer for Flanders

For our client, a fast-growing dermo-cosmetic pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an animator/trainer for the Flanders region.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Animator/Trainer for Flanders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• After the visit of the representative, you will be responsible for training pharmacy teams from groups and large accounts (pharmacies and parapharmacies) to provide them with all the necessary information for the promotion and sale of brand products.
• Consumer-focused activities may also be part of your responsibilities (possible on Saturdays and evenings).
• You will manage your schedule based on the need to be present in pharmacies. Daytime travel is expected. You will work closely with pharmaceutical representatives.
• You will report to the Sales Manager Pharma.
• You will participate in quarterly meetings with the entire training and sales team.
• You will work 1 or 2 days per week in the office to handle administrative tasks and manage orders from start to finish. The exact days and periods will be determined by the Sales Manager.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are strong in communication.
• You have organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• You can work independently.
• You have a valid driver’s license (B).
• Your Dutch is perfect, Knowledge of French is desirable.
• First knowledge of the dermocosmetic sector is a significant advantage.
